Online meeting with Ayyā Tisaranī

Sunday online meeting with Ayyā Tisaranī.

We warmly invite you to the next Sunday gathering of our community, during which we will listen to a Dhamma talk given by Ayyā Tisaranī.

Ayyā Tisaranī is the first fully ordained Polish bhikkhuṇī in the Theravāda tradition. She first encountered the teachings of Gautama Buddha in the 1990s and took refuge in 1997. In 2011, she entered

She has practiced in various places across Europe and Asia, deepening her meditation experience and life in retreat. Since 2015, she has been associated with Sirisampanno Monastery. She received sāmaṇerī (novice) ordination in 2019 in Sri Lanka, and full bhikkhuṇī ordination in 2021 from Ayyā Tathālokā.

Ayyā Tisaranī shares the Dhamma not only through words but above all by example – living a life of mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. She also regularly practices at Bhavana Society under the guidance of Bhante Henepola Gunaratana.

During the meeting, Ayyā will also answer questions from participants, which can be submitted in advance via email. This is a unique opportunity to receive guidance directly from the teacher, tailored to your own practice and concerns.

This gathering is a chance to pause from the daily rush, listen to the living Dhamma, and renew inspiration for practice. We welcome everyone – both long-time practitioners and those just beginning their journey with the Buddha's teachings – to listen and be together in the space of Dhamma.

May this time be for all of us a moment of deepening, peace, and mindful presence.

We also recommend Ayyā Tisaranī's teachings available on her YouTube channel: Im Herzen des Dhamma | Uncut and Im Herzen des Dhamma.”
