We warmly invite you to a special online meeting during which a Dhamma talk will be given by Ayya Tisaranī – the first fully ordained Polish Buddhist nun (bhikkhuṇī) in the Theravāda tradition.
Ayya Tisaranī has been living at Sirisampanno Monastery since 2015. Her spiritual path includes many years of intensive practice in Europe, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and the United States. She received full bhikkhuṇī ordination in 2021 from Venerable Ayya Tathālokā Mahātherī. She also regularly practices at Bhavana Society in the USA under the guidance of Bhante Gunaratana.
You are warmly invited to pause together, deepen your practice, and encounter the living Dhamma as transmitted through experience and silence.

Ayya Tisaranī has been following the path of deep, dedicated monastic practice for many years. She lives at Sirisampanno Monastery, and her experience includes intensive practice and training in various countries across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
This meeting is an invitation to pause once again in the midst of daily life, to listen deeply to the Dhamma, and to cultivate mindfulness and inner clarity—regardless of one’s stage of practice.
