Autumn Meditation Retreat with Ajahn Mudito
We warmly invite you to an autumn meditation retreat with Ajahn Mudito, a monk from the Australian Saṅgha who regularly connects with our community through weekend online gatherings and visits Poland.
This year’s retreat will begin with the practice of Maraṇasati – mindfulness of death. Reflecting on the impermanence of life and the inevitability of death is an important practice in the Buddhist tradition. It helps us recognise the preciousness of human life and direct our attention towards what truly matters, strengthening our commitment to the practice of the Dhamma.
Ahead of us is a time of shared meditation, silence, and deepening our understanding of the Buddha’s teachings. In the peaceful surroundings of Oddechowo, under Ajahn Mudito’s guidance, we will have the opportunity to pause, observe our own experience, and cultivate acceptance of reality as it is.
We warmly invite you to join us in practice and spend this time in the spirit of the Dhamma, mindfulness, and loving-kindness.
