We are delighted to invite you to the next edition of our Theravāda Buddhism Workshops – a series of gatherings dedicated to deepening knowledge and practice based on authentic teachings transmitted by monastic and lay teachers.
The September meeting with Ayyā Kārunikā will be one of four workshops planned for this year.
It is a space for deepened practice, understanding of the Dhamma, and direct contact with an experienced nun who shares the teachings in a clear, gentle, and highly practical way.
The theme of this workshop is:
Understanding the Hindrances and how to overcome them.
Why attend?
Mental obstacles are a natural part of practice. Understanding how they function brings relief and clarity, and leads to the development of samādhi (concentration) and paññā (wisdom).
This meeting may become an important step on your path toward greater freedom of heart.

We warmly invite you to a session in the Sutta Study series, led by Ajahn Mudito.
This series is dedicated to studying and exploring the Buddha’s teachings preserved in the suttas. During each two-hour session, Ajahn Mudito will guide us through selected suttas, helping us deepen our understanding of their meaning and of the Buddha’s teachings from the perspective of a Buddhist monk and practitioner.
Please see the event post for further details.
